hi im 24 andd 183 when i didnt exercise i weighed less then i exercised for two days the scale went up 2 to 3 pounds im very frustrated im 5'4 i should be 120 i try every week by walking on the tredmill for 30 mins or 40 i also jump rope this week i started lifting weights im not always able to get to the gym

To add to my dilemma, I don't know how but my mouth rejects anything that comes from the soil and directly into my mouth. It must be some sort of reflux and I hate it! Because of it, I can't eat vegetables or fruit which is a key part of making healthy choices. I used to be skinny, but then middle school came along. Lol, I hate ala carte.
