Detox waters, or as I like to think of them, infused waters are a fun and tasty way to drink more water and get some vitamins while you're at it. Some of these waters promise to flush fat, help with weight loss, and curb cravings. While I can't say whether you'll see results or not, but you can count on feeling satisfied and hydrated which could result in some weight loss. Either way, you can feel good about taking in more water and keeping yourself cool and hydrated!
