If you are a meat eater, then it’s likely that meat, fish or poultry makes up the main ingredient for every meal that you eat during the week. Try to cut down on this by committing to at least one veggie night a week where you make a dinner that is completely meat free. This will encourage you to think of fruit and vegetable alternatives and will help you to see that you can use the products for more than just a snack on their own.
