Consider Alternatives

Consider alternative foods to the ones you usually eat. For example, if you often eat strawberries and cream together (who doesn't love that combination, right?), you should try having just the strawberries...and minus the cream.

This means you don't have to give up all the things you love to eat, instead, it's about finding an alternative way to eat it so that you can improve your health in small but significant ways. It also makes your favourite foods that much healthier. Perhaps it doesn't seem like much of a difference or change, but finding an alternative way to eat your food is helping your body out in a huge way and it will definitely be thanking you if you make this into a habit!
