4. You're a Lot Healthier

Obviously, you become a lot healthier if you’re eating right. Seriously, you won’t appreciate it now but you definitely will when you get a lot older. When you’re young, there’s a natural tendency to think that you’re infallible. You can eat anything you want, do anything you want, and still get through the day with all the energy.

That is one of the many reasons as to why moms always nag their kids to eat veggies. They know well enough that there will be days when their teenage kids will eat, drink, and be merry. Eating healthy is a good preparation for those kinds of days. But when you start getting your blood tests done, you’re going to realize two things; either you’re abusing your body or you’re taking care of it. If you start eating healthy now, your blood tests will show the latter.
