Coffee has been proven to help prevent Alzheimer's, among other things, like giving you your daily caffeine fix... but don't opt for the fattening, calorie-laden specialty drinks. Instead, go for a skim drink, one without whipped cream, and if you like flavors, use sugar-free syrups instead.
