They are perfect for a clean eating meal plan because you can mix and match ingredients to satisfy your quota of a number of vitamins and minerals. Try blending a handful of fresh kale with a banana, 1/3 of an avocado, 1/2 cup milk and 4 ounces of plain Greek yogurt. Yum!
