Oats are one of the best things to eat in the morning because they are low in calories and really filling. Combine a 1/2 cup of rolled oats with 1 banana, a cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk) and 2 tablespoons of almond butter (or your favorite nut butter). Enjoy!
