good read! I've been trying plain cereal with fruit this week (i can't eat cereal on its own) and ditching toast if i can - i think i eat too much bread! Losing weight would be easy if we remember that "the input needs to be the same as the output" (meaning you need to have a balance of eating good amounts of food and the output is the equal amount of exercise). Really need to remind myself of that more!
