7. Remember the Goal
Eating healthy is a significant way of increasing your overall health.
It teaches you to make smart decisions regarding food and to look after your body by double checking what you put into it.
You know the saying, 'you are what you eat'?
I think there's a lot of truth to that.
Obviously, we can't become the food we eat in a literal sense but my interpretation of this is that if you want to be healthy, you have to eat healthy.
