It’s no secret that eating fruits and veggies is a wonderful way to satisfy nutrient needs and keep you healthy. Produce is packed with fiber, vitamins A and C, potassium and other necessary vitamins and minerals. At the same time, it’s low in fat and calories, making it an optimal choice for booting health and keeping your weight under control. Just about any fruit or vegetable is a prime choice, but here’s a list that gives you one for each letter of the alphabet. The more variety in your diet, the better so try them all.
