3. You Feel Better

While it may not feel too good to be compelled to eat veggies, you’ll eventually find out that you’ll feel a lot better afterward. Of course, you have to eat your veggies first to find out. After all, you will never really know until you eat them, right? So if your mom is nagging you about eating your veggies, she is not trying to piss you off. Instead, she is helping you feel a lot better.
