Don’t you just love the creamy flavorful flesh of a ripe avocado?

It’s definitely one of my favorite foods!

Turns out avocados are a great choice if you suffer from anxiety.

They contain potassium, which helps keep your blood pressure under control and the healthy fats help keep your brain functioning properly.

A half avocado sprinkled with salt and pepper is one of my favorite snacks!
