4. Chia Seed Parfait

Chia seeds are a superfood and adding them to your breakfast is a fantastic idea!

Start with 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt in your favorite flavor (make sure it's low in sugar though).

Top the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1/2 cup sliced fruit, such as strawberries, peaches or kiwi.
